Allison’s Area of Expertise

daily resilience and professional relationships

Allison has been engaging audiences since 2006 when she started speaking about how to create a strong professional network. She fell into the speaking industry once her reputation as being very connected led to job offers to do business development. Allison counter-offered with the idea to show their teams how to open their own doors to prospects. Her material resonated and Allison had the privilege of working with many of North America’s most successful financial firms, organizations and associations.

Allison realized that building a network was not enough for true success and fulfillment. Many professionals complained about being too busy or stressed. Resilience was the answer.

Her passion and depth of knowledge on the topic of resilience was inspired during a difficult decade behind the scenes. Frustrated with trite and typical advice, Allison set out to find answers about how to truly master resilience. It was this process that led to the development of her signature resilience programs that she now shares with audiences across North America.
