I enrolled in Allison’s “Take Back Your Weekends” online course, and I’m so glad that I did! The course led me through a step-by-step program to manage the overwhelm and re-align my priorities in a way where I became far more conscious of how I was using my time, where I was wasting it, where I was unnecessarily procrastinating, and how I could take back control.
She shared strategies of how to take steps so that I was always moving forward (even in small increments), but keeping the momentum and motivation going.
Her speaking and coaching style is so relatable, and right from the beginning I felt like she just “got” where I was coming from.
Allison helps you see how to break down the tasks into the most minute detail, so that even when I was facing a Big Giant Project that seemed like such a huge undertaking (and easy to get overwhelmed with), her strategy of breaking it into small pieces, and working in small chunks of time, made everything do-able.
I’m left feeling better about my progress, myself and all the outcomes, because I’m getting it done.
